How much does a corporate flower bar rental cost?
Pricing is based on your guest count, collection choice, and delivery zone. Fill out the quote request form above and we’ll send you a custom quote within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum headcount for corporate bookings?
Yes — all full bloom bar experience bookings require a minimum of 15 guests. There is no maximum. For larger corporate events, just let us know your estimated headcount in the quote form and we will build pricing around your group.
How much lead time do you need for a corporate event?
Two to four weeks is the standard lead time for most corporate bookings. For larger events or peak dates (spring season, November and December holiday parties), four to six weeks is preferred to secure date availability and flower sourcing. A $100 deposit holds your date once the quote is confirmed.
Can the Bloom Bar come to our office building?
Yes — we deliver, set up, and break down at your location. We serve office buildings, hotel event spaces, conference centers, and outdoor areas across North Orange County, Central and South Orange County, and LA County border cities including Fullerton, Anaheim, Irvine, and Cerritos. If you’re not sure whether your venue is in our service area, just mention the city in your quote request and we will confirm.
